Ingredients

All-purpose flour, for surface
1 lb. store-bought pizza dough
1 c. ricotta
2 oz. cream cheese
3 tbsp. powdered sugar
1 tbsp. sugar
Assorted fruit, for topping

Directions

Preheat oven to 425oF. On a floured surface, roll out pizza dough. Transfer dough to a parchment-lined baking sheet and bake until lightly golden, about 15 minutes.
Meanwhile, using a stand or hand mixer, beat ricotta, cream cheese, and powdered sugar until smooth.
Sprinkle baked dough with sugar and spread with ricotta mixture. Top with assorted fruit, like kiwi, strawberries, and blueberries.
